One of the world’s premier online casino software developers, NetEnt, now holds a permanent licence to operate in New Jersey.
The Scandinavian company has had dealings in the Garden State since 2015, when the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) granted a transactional waiver while reviewing the application for a full licence.
In that time, NetEnt has expanded its US operations into Pennsylvania after striking a deal with Parx Casino in Bensalem, near Philadelphia.

“The license marks yet another step in our US expansion as we hope to enter additional states if and when they regulate online casino.”
