Wynn Resorts announces new additions to executive staff

Wynn Resorts has confirmed a number of changes to its senior executive team for 2019.

Among the additions is Marilyn Spiegel, who was President of Wynn Las Vegas between 2010 and 2013.

She returns to that role now that Maurice Wooden has opted to step aside at the end of the year.

Scott Moore comes in as Chief Marketing Officer after stints at Best Buy and Augeo, the latter as Chief Operations Officer.

The role of Chief Communications Officer goes to Michael Weaver, who has filled a range of positions at Wynn since 2011.

“Our company’s legendary service and guest experiences call for someone who understands our brand and appreciates what it means to our guests and employees.

“I am excited to begin 2019 with such strong enhancements to our executive team, each of whom brings a unique skill set and deep expertise to Wynn Resorts.”

The appointments will come into on January 2, 2019.
